In professional learning communities (PLCs), participants strengthen each other in the application of inclusive pedagogy, engaging and exchanging good practices. This can be useful for teachers, as well as for district officials and school leaders.

 

VVOB implements PLCs within the framework of leading and teaching for diversity (LT4Diversity). This programme builds the competences of primary school leaders and teachers to respond to learner diversity and promote inclusive education.
