A first year-long Action Research trajectory started in February 2018. The trajectory was supported by VVOB and the Community Development Resource Association (CDRA). 29 district education officials of the Free State province volunteered to participate in the trajectory. The aim of the trajectory was to support district education officials to strengthen their inclusive education practices.

This infographic summarises findings on the effectiveness of this action research trajectory, using the Kirkpatrick training evaluation model.  The report on the findings was written by Danielle Krajenbrink, a Master’s in Education student at the University of Antwerp, Belgium. The findings have helped VVOB South Africa adjust future action research trajectories and their monitoring plan.
